Can you install lights I have already bought?+
As part of a suitable wider project, usually yes, provided each fitting is appropriate for its location and installation. Include product links in the enquiry.
What should I include in a lighting and power brief?+
Send a layout or marked-up plan, how each area will be used, fitting or product links, control preferences, socket and fixed-equipment needs, existing circuit information and access constraints. For workplaces or exterior areas, also flag task needs, glare-sensitive positions, pedestrian or vehicle routes and any landlord or local restrictions you already know.
Do you install outdoor sockets?+
Yes. The circuit, protective device, cable route and equipment rating are assessed for the location.
Do you take on a single light or TV connection?+
Those handyman-scale jobs are not the normal focus. Multi-point schemes, refurbishment packages and work requiring proper circuit changes are a much better fit.
