Website delivery and optional measurement

Website visits and analytics

Optional Google Analytics is currently switched off. This configuration loads no Google Analytics script, sets no Google Analytics cookie or identifier, and sends no analytics request or event. The project-enquiry form can prepare an email or WhatsApp message in the service you choose; the website does not store the details entered into that form.

The site is delivered through Firebase hosting. Hosting and network providers may process technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and timestamps. This is operational website delivery, not a claim that IMRIE profiles visitors for advertising.

Phone, email and WhatsApp enquiries

The current project journey can open your phone, email app or WhatsApp. The website itself does not confirm that you completed the call or sent the message. Information is only received by IMRIE if your chosen service completes the communication.

If you contact IMRIE, the information may include your name, company, reply details, postcode, project description, timing and any information you choose to send. It is used to assess the work, respond, prepare a quotation where appropriate, maintain necessary business records and protect or correct those records.

The relevant lawful basis is normally taking steps at your request before a contract. Legitimate interests may also apply when responding to a business representative, triaging work, keeping communications secure, and establishing or defending business records. Enquiry information is not used for marketing under this notice.

Who handles information and how long it is kept

Your chosen email, telephone or messaging provider handles the communication under its own service terms. IMRIE may use service providers that host business email, communications or records, and may disclose information where required by law or where necessary for professional advice or a legal claim.

Current direct correspondence and any resulting quotation, contract, invoice or job record are kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, the resulting work, record correction, legal obligations and legitimate business claims.
