Can testing be phased around an occupied premises?+
Often yes. The inspection can be planned by area or agreed shutdown windows, although limitations must be recorded where circuits cannot be isolated or accessed.
Are repairs included in the EICR price?+
No. Keeping inspection and remedial work separate gives a clear record of what was found. Any remedial proposal is itemised afterwards.
Can you close out observations from another contractor's report?+
