The written scope can define circuits and accessories, first-fix and second-fix stages, testing and the appropriate records. Single fitting changes, appliance connections and other very small call-outs are not the normal service.

Do you take on one-off small domestic jobs?+
They are not the normal focus. This page is for renovations, extensions, rewires and other larger electrical packages where the work benefits from a planned scope.
Can you work with my builder or joiner?+
Yes. Share the wider programme and who is responsible for each stage so the electrical first fix, second fix and testing can be coordinated with the rest of the project.
What should I send before a survey?+
Send the full postcode, property type, rooms or circuits involved, the outcome you want, target timing and any plans or useful photos. Mention whether the property will be occupied during the work.
Can the home remain occupied, and who handles making good?+
That depends on the property, cable routes, isolation needs and project stages. The survey and written scope should make the expected access and disruption clear, including which lifting or making-good responsibilities are included.
Will I receive electrical certification?+
Where certification is required for the completed electrical work, the appropriate electrical certificate is provided after testing.

West Lothian is the core area. Suitable projects in Edinburgh and Fife can be considered after the postcode, scope, timing and access are known. Glasgow is outside the service area.
